You can cancel anytime by emailing Valery@Luminous-you.com with your full name and the cancellation date by 5 PM on the 5th of the month. Cancellations after the 5th will take effect the following month. A non-refundable $50 holding fee will be charged each month from the 1st-5th to pause your membership, and it will not be applied toward treatments.
